A circle for the people who hold
everyone else together.

Educators, counsellors, HR and people teams, ESG and wellness leads, and young professionals learning to look after themselves at work. Circle is where they read, ask, practise and build together.

Free resources, live sessions, a newsletter worth opening, and peers who do this work in real schools and workplaces across India.

Ask to join

Tell us where you work and we will point you to the right circle.

Practice notes, checklists and templates you can use on Monday.
The Circle letter
One monthly read: what changed in policy, and what worked in the field.
Three circles, one community

Pick the room that matches your work.

Members move between all three. Schools learn from workplaces more often than you would expect, and practitioners sit in both rooms.

SWISS · Student Wellness and Institutional Safety Standards

Circle for schools and colleges

For the people a distressed student walks towards: the class teacher, the counsellor, the head who has to decide in ten minutes.

What this circle does together
Referral pathways that hold
How a concern travels from a classroom to a counsellor to a parent, and who signs off at each step.
POCSO and safeguarding practice
Plain-language notes on obligations, documentation, and the conversations nobody trains you for.
A window into the Gatekeeper Series
Open briefings on what gatekeeper training covers and who in your school needs it. The certification itself is a paid MSS programme.
Ask the circle, anonymously
Post a difficult situation without your name on it. Counsellors and heads from other schools reply, and we point you to the MSS resources that fit.
What you get

Everything here is free, and stays free.

My Safe Spaces builds paid programmes for schools and employers. Circle is the part we keep open, because the practice gets better when practitioners talk to each other.

Live sessions

Practitioner-led webinars and small case clinics. Recordings for the people who were teaching at 4pm.

Usable resources

Referral pathways, POCSO and POSH practice notes, parent and manager conversation guides, policy checklists.

Ask anonymously

Put a hard case to the room without your name or your school's on it. Answers come from peers, and from the My Safe Spaces team where a resource exists.

A way in for early careers

For the first five years: boundaries, burnout, first-job pressure, and how to ask for support at work.

What Circle is not

Not a lead list. Nothing you ask in a session becomes a sales call, and joining commits your school or company to nothing. Circle is the open layer around our paid programmes: SWISS, CREW, the Gatekeeper Series and ELEVATE stay paid, and members come to those when they are ready.

In your language

Sessions run in English and हिन्दी, with regional-language rooms as members arrive. Say what you speak when you join and we will place you.

How it runs

A month in Circle, so you know what you are saying yes to.

Week 1
The letter lands

What changed in guidance and law, one field story, and this month's resource drop.

Week 2
Open webinar

Sixty minutes with a practitioner, half of it questions from the room.

Week 3
Ask the circle

Anonymous questions from members, answered by peers and pointed at the right resource.

Week 4
Members' floor

A member hosts: a pilot they ran, a policy they wrote, a mistake worth sharing.

Contribute

If you have done the work, the room wants to hear it.

Host a session, write a practice note, mentor someone three years behind you, or review a resource before it goes out. Contributors are credited by name and school or organisation.
